If you’re behind in paying your bills or a creditor’s records mistakenly make it appear that you are, a debt collector may be contacting you.
Has something been reported to your credit incorrectly or fraudulently to the credit bureaus?
Are you a Florida homeowner currently facing foreclosure and have recently received a summons notifying you of the foreclosure suit filed against you?
Like many who invest in real estate, I found myself in a property that lost almost half its value and spending savings to avoid defaulting on the loan. After being told by many that I had to start making payments to even to be considered for a short sale, I sought legal representation to find out more about my options as well as protect my rights. Mr. Cadrecha and his lead mitigator Noreen Klein only promised that they would do their best and vigorously represent my interest in negotiating with the bank. After the process was completed, which included us losing the original buyer, the property was sold, I was fully released from over a $200,000 deficiency on the property, and I didn’t miss a single payment. I was very happy with the result and their efforts in helping me resolve the situation.

This letter is being written as a recommendation for the staff at Florida Consumer Law Center, P.A. My husband and I were in our 2nd year of trying to negotiate with our bank to get some kind of relief from our mortgage that was in arrears. For 2 years we dealt with them not responding, asking for the same documents over and over, and so many different individuals and none of them seemed to know what or where our case stood. Three different times we were turned down. That’s when we called the Florida Consumer Law Center. From the first phone call we were treated with respect and thoughtful consideration. Our Case Manager Noreen Klein started working immediately with us and our bank. They told us their fee and we were able to make payments with them and we were never charged for anything again. She was in constant contact with us letting us know every detail of our case. She handled resubmitting our paperwork, all correspondence and every detail of this transaction in a very professional matter. Within 6 months our bank made an offer to defer back payments and lower our interest rate. This allowed us to stay in our home. We cannot express enough how grateful we are to Noreen and the staff at Florida Consumer Law Center. I’m typing this letter from my desk in my home thanks to them.

After being in foreclosure and already receiving two loan modification offers from our lender that actually made our payment go UP $300, we contacted Mr. Cadrecha at Florida Consumer Law Center, P.A. for his assistance. We retained him at with only two weeks before the mediation in our foreclosure case and Mr. Cadrecha’ agreed to go with us to represent us. While there, the bank representative said that the previous loan modification offers, even if still available, We’re set in stone and not going to change. After Mr. Cadrecha’ mediately told the bank representative that if he didn’t have the authority to negotiate the numbers, then they we were in violation of the mediation rules and we were going to have to take the matter before the judge for wasting everyone’s time, the bank representative offered us a different program that reduced our principal balance by over $100,000 to the current value of the home and reduced the payment from the first off first by almost half! If we sell the home and show any profit over the reduce principle, we have to give the bank a 25% of the game to the bank but all in all, we couldn’t be happier. I know that without Mr. Cadrecha and Florida Consumer Law Center’s help, we would not have gotten a modification and still would be sitting in for closure not knowing what to do. We can’t thank them enough.
